William (Bill) Hardy - CEO & Founder

Bill has been in the healthcare space for nearly 25 years. He has held roles across the commercial organization in sales, marketing and business development. He also has a strong background in finance. Bill’s experience spans US and global focused roles and has been a leader in organizations including Abbott, BD, and W.L. Gore & Associates. Roles have been in Pharma, biotech, molecular diagnostics, precision medicine, and med device.

Bill has a BA in Politics with a minor in Business Administration from Penn State’s renown Schreyer’s Honors College and and MBA in Marketing & Finance from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Bill enjoys coaching youth sports, volunteering within his community and spending time with his family. He also is a Professor of Marketing at the undergraduate level.
